RUSH ORDERS may be accepted, please contact me with your deadline & location to confirm. Rush orders are fulfilled after normal business hours ensuring that previously placed orders are not delayed. There is a $69.99 and up- service charge depending on deadline and complexity of order.

EXPRESS SHIPPING is available at for an additional fee. Please note that this is separate from a rush order and does not decrease your processing time. Express is guaranteed to arrive in specific days to most locations. Shipping is provided by USPS and is delivered by your US postal service.
NOTE: I will not refund or take a order back as a return due to USPS delivery delayed or no delivery. I am held to my commitment by ship date as scheduled when customer purchases the order. You will need to contact the Postal service for refund on shipping for your item. I am glad to assist in any information I can give or receive from P.O.. I cannot possibly know beyond the P.O. information anything more about delivery.

Right to Cancel

Your right to cancel any non-custom/non-personalized item starts the moment you place your order up to 3 days.
There will be a $69.99 charge for cancellation process and custom setup order process.

Once your return is authorized, you have 2 days to send the goods back. Proof of return, such as a tracking number, is mandatory.
A refund will be provided within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Custom and personalized products are not returnable but your satisfaction is important mysweetchickapea . Please contact the shop to discuss options.

Returns

Please return goods in proper packaging, unused and undamaged. Returns shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless seller made an error or item is not as described.
Not as described being a item that is completely not as ordered or described.

Customers are recommended to ensure adequate packing and insurance for loss or damage in transit. A service with proof of posting and delivery should be used. The customer is chargeable, up to original order value, for goods that are not received back or are returned damaged.

For international returns from outside the EU, please mark your package as "RETURNED GOODS".

Orders are shipped with USPS
using priority mail. Express shipping upon request available as an upgrade.

NOTICE: Once package is shipped I am no longer in control of its destination. Before you purchase please make sure your address is correct. This will help with a smooth delivery. If package does not arrive within the date given on the postal service tracking information, please check with them. then contact me. The postal service has information I will not have.

For packages that are damaged or stolen in route, please contact your local post office immediately to open an investigation. Photos of the packaging and items that are damaged are required. Once photos and a copy of your stolen package report (if applicable) are received postal service will direct you from there.
